Cottage Inspired: Full Kitchen Remodel

The kitchen is truly the heart of this home, and the transformation is exciting to see! The homeowners wanted a kitchen that was not only beautiful, but also functional for raising their children! Whether preparing an exquisite holiday meal, packing bag lunches, or making pancakes on a Sunday morning, this kitchen is the perfect place for the entire family.

The custom knotty alder cabinets give the space a warm atmosphere that welcomes family and friends. The classic white subway tile with dark grout is the perfect contrast to the black quartz countertop, and a black stone farmhouse style sink makes for a true modern cottage vibe. While these custom finishes are gorgeous, some of the best features of the new kitchen are actually tucked behind closed doors!

Specialty cabinet inserts featured in this kitchen include: roll-out garbage cans, produce baskets and dog food containers; an appliance garage; pan dividers; and a paper towel roll dispenser. There is even a broom cupboard that we designed specifically to accommodate cleaning supplies on a high shelf — the right height so grown-ups can easily grab them but curious toddlers can’t reach them!

Bonus: Kitchen updates are wonderful for day-to-day living, but they can also help improve the future resale value of your home!
